Returns Eligibility

- In the original packaging, with all tags and accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or not returned in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions for returning your item.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email within 3 business days regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (or store credit, depending on your request) within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued for the product cost only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
